I didn't make it down quick enough from Upper Pisang it seems, and I've caught a chill. Some food and sleeping bag time seems to have helped so I feel OK. We're at 3200m but no signs of AMS. There's more trouble to follow but I'm not aware of it yet. Meanwhile the landscape becomes increasingly dramatic and reminds me of why I came. Netra advises us to take the Lower Route to Manang because of the weather though we had planned to take the Upper Route via Ghyaru and Nagwhal and take an extra day.
