Originally, I said, "I'm currently training for this foray into the Himalaya, working on some steel thighs and Conan-like endurance"... Well, I managed one and not the other... find out more by browsing the photos or reading the trip write-up elsewhere on this site.
All the photos in this section were taken with the same trusty Canon Ixus L1 which served me so well in New Zealand. Although I was tempted to go the digital route, since Jamie and Mark had their digital cameras I decided to compare my traditional, low-tech, low-maintenance approach with theirs.
